What we do

Everything your entity owes, in one place.

Rule change

Residential property borrowing rules changed 10 August 2026

New Limited Recourse Borrowing Arrangements for residential property are no longer permitted. Existing arrangements are grandfathered, and cash purchases and commercial property borrowing are unaffected — talk to us before restructuring anything. What this means for your fund →

Our approach

Four steps. No black boxes.

You should know why a number is what it is before it goes anywhere near the ATO or ASIC. This is how every engagement runs, whether it's a single return or a fund and three entities.

Understand

A proper conversation about your income, structure and goals — not a generic checklist applied blind.

Prepare

Returns, statements and lodgements prepared and documented, with every position explained in plain terms.

Review & lodge

A second look against current law before anything is lodged — never last year’s rules.

Support

Questions after lodgement get answered by the person who actually did the work, not a call centre.

Key dates

The deadlines we watch so you don't have to.

Clients on our books get reminded ahead of each of these, with a clear list of what we need from them and by when.

Dates shift when they fall on a weekend or public holiday. Lodging through a registered tax agent generally extends individual and business return deadlines — ask us how it applies to you.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I have to be local to work with you?

No. We work with clients across Australia — documents are shared securely and consults happen by phone or video. If you'd rather meet in person, say so and we'll arrange it.

What if I've fallen behind on lodgements?

Common, and fixable. We'll work through what's outstanding year by year and get you back on track with the ATO, including any extensions or payment arrangements that apply.

Can you take over my existing company or SMSF?

Yes. We handle the agent transfer with the ATO and ASIC, review the position we're inheriting, and tell you plainly if anything needs fixing before the next lodgement.

How is your pricing set?

Fixed fee, quoted upfront once we understand the scope. You'll know the number before any work starts, and it doesn't change unless the scope does.
